What Your Team Will Learn
Bobs are our namesake; but your team will learn modern pixies to long layers, and everything in between.
Pixies and bobs are the lengths that most hairstylists dread. A bob is one clean line with nowhere to hide, and a pixie shows every choice you made. So that's what we built the curriculum around — and then we keep going. The same sectioning and reading carry straight into long layers, shags, bixies, and every length in between. Modules run in order, each one building on the last, so every stylist on your floor works through the same sequence and gets comfortable at any length a client walks in asking for.

The foundation every other module stands on: sectioning, round and triangular graduation, wet vs. dry technique, scissor and brush selection, body positioning, and reading each client before a single pass of the shears.
